Cosy and decorated Provençal holiday house for 2-3 persons with co use of swimming pool. The house consists of a spacious living room with open kitchen, a large bathroom with separate toilet. On the mezannine you will find a spacious bedroom.

The living room with doors opening onto the covered terrace with patio, consists of a two-seater and a bed/seat, a dining area, a satellite-TV, a DVD player and DVDs. Free Internet for use with your own laptop. There is also a safe deposit box.
The fully equipped kitchen contains a refrigerator/freezer, electric cooking, combi magnetron/grill and a small dishwasher.
The large bathroom with a separate toilet, has a spacious washbasin area and a large walk-in shower. This borders on a hall with large (open) lockers.
An open staircase, with a small fence on top, leads to the bedroom with enough room for the placing of a cot. There are 2 single beds (80x200, can also be put up as a 2 person bed), a cabinet with drawers and two bedside tables.
The house is rented including all bed, bath and kitchen linen.

The house is located on the owners ground and does not belong to a holiday-park. The owners live in the villa connected to the house and also make use of the pool. The house has its own garden with terrace, sun-chairs and parasols and is adjacent to the secured pool.
During the bathing season large bathing-towels are available!

The outside-kitchen consists of a sink with a cold water tap and a large gas barbecue.
There are plenty shaded areas in the garden with a beautiful view on Oleanders, Roses and Lavender and on the beautiful wooded hills. There is an herb-area in the garden for the use of the guests.
The house is connected to the sewer-system and has municipal tap water.
The guests have a reserved parking space within the fences.

The bathing season runs from May to mid September, depending on the weather.
In the period of October to May, depending on the weather, the use of electricity (for the electrical heating) is measured and billed .

An large number of leaflets with all kinds of information is available in a binder.

Location, map and route

The house is within walking distance of the centre of the medieval and picturesque village Le Val, situated in a valley at about 230 m. above sea level. During daytime the temperature invites to a delicious relaxed sunning and swimmingtime, even in the springtime. This area has 300 solar days per year! Le Val is about 30 miles from the Mediterranean Sea and has a warm climate with little rain.
In Le Val you will find two bakers, a greengrocer, a small supermarket and a pharmacy, two hairdressers, a post office (with ATM), two bars and two restaurants.
The beautiful and varied scenery is quiet, suitable for hiking, biking or car rides.
The nice shopping city Brignoles with all its facilities is located at 4 miles distance.
Le Val is reached via the A8 (from Aix-en-Provence to Nice), exit 35 Brignoles.
